Feasibility Study and Concept Development

Oversee the detailed engineering design & Certification phase to ensure that all technical aspects of the project meet performance, regulatory, and safety requirements.
Quality Assurance and Control

O&M Strategy Development: Develop an O&M strategy that includes preventive maintenance schedules, condition monitoring, and fault detection systems.
HSE Plan Development: Develop and enforce a project-specific HSE plan covering both offshore and onshore activities.
